Caramel Chapel Hill – This family business is based in Chapel Hill. They all make their own dark chocolate and pecan caramel by hand. You can get Chapel Hill Toffee online and at various retailers in the Triangle.
Escazu (936 N. Blount St., Raleigh) – The bars are delicious freebies on their own (chipotle pepper and vanilla!), but you can also get a box of freshly made truffles.
Chocolate Smiles (312 W Chatham St., Cary) – This place is a chocolate lover’s dream! Fudge, truffles, chocolate covered fruit, and just about anything sweet can be found here. Lines can get quite long during the holidays, so be sure to place your orders early.

Chocolatay Confections (306 W. Franklin Street, Chapel Hill) – This family chocolate shop is located in the Blue Dogwood Public Market. You can also order their confections online. We love their sea salt caramels!
The Chocolate Shop (8480 Honeycutt Rd, Raleigh) – There are tons of chocolate options here, including chocolate covered truffles and nuts. They also run classes.
NoFo at Pig (2014 Fairview Rd, Raleigh) – They have a big candy box upstairs that has lots of options! Plus, you can also check out the rest of the store for other gift ideas.
